Havensafe is committed to creating a single source of truth to empower community members at risk of homelessness with critical information, the moment they need it. The below table is experimental in nature. The intent is to provide a bird's eye view to help with navigating the ecosystem of homelessness prevention services.

Here, we are scraping information from the websites of various organizations, and asking AI to summarize the information regarding eligibility criteria for each rental assistance program.

These programs encompass the vast majority of rental assistance funding available in Santa Clara County, but importantly, we are excluding unpublished rent assistance programs such as those run by Catholic Charities, Bill Wilson Center,  and Cancer Carepoint. When you do an intake with Havensafe, we automatically test your demographics and circumstances against ALL programs of which we are aware, so you don't have to waste time looking in the wrong places for help.
